Hi, I’m Rach, founder of Bodies by Rach Nutritionist and Personal Trainer - specialising in helping women nourish themselves, their babies, and their families during pregnancy and postpartum.
Having spent 12 years as a nanny, I’ve supported families through the joys and challenges of pregnancy and early motherhood, seeing firsthand how hard it can be to balance nutrition, recovery, and family life.
I focus on creating simple, nourishing meal plans and prep strategies that support your recovery, your baby’s needs, and the whole family so you can have more energy and to feel confident again. My approach is holistic, practical, and completely tailored to your life and lifestyle.
